Rev. Phillip Ball, Associate Pastor

Pastor Phillip is a 2008 graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in Elementary Education. Phillip has taught in the North Carolina public school system for over 15 years.  While teaching, Phillip has served on staff as a part-time youth pastor for over eight years and has been involved in youth ministry for almost 20 years.

Phillip and his wife, Jillian have been married for 13 years.  Together they have three sons - Eli, Luke, and Jonah - who keep them busy with school and extracurricular activities. Phillip enjoys sports, as he has coached many years while in the school system, playing games, and traveling.

Phillip loves creating meaningful and lasting relationships with youth and children as he leads them in their relationship with Jesus Christ.  Phillip loves to see God's youth serving Him excitedly, passionately, and lovingly, knowing Him and making Him known.   

Phillip joins the Trinity Baptist staff (August 2024) and will be working in the areas of children, youth, family ministry, and outreach.
