Rev. Morris Little, Senior Pastor

 

Pastor Morris grew up in Eastern North Carolina. He became a follower of Jesus Christ at the age of 16. He was called into the Gospel ministry at the age of 19. He has pastored churches in Kentucky and North Carolina.  He has also served as a missionary to Spain. He began his pastoral ministry with Trinity Baptist Church in November 2014.

He is a graduate of Wingate University and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.

He is married to his wonderful wife, Lori for almost 40 years. They have 2 grown daughters, Bethany and Allison.  They also have 5 grandchildren, Nic, Hailey, Caleb, Lukas, and Laylah.  Lori is a graduate of Wingate University.  She currently serves as the church pianist. She is employed by Erie Insurance as a licensed agent and Customer Service Representative. She has amassed almost 30 years in the insurance industry.

Pastor Morris enjoys spending time with his wife and family as well as playing golf and working in his yard.

 
 

 

Rev. Joe Hedrick, Associate Pastor of Music & Family Ministries

 
Pastor Joe joined the Trinity staff for a second stint in September of 2018. Prior to arriving at Trinity, he served in a similar capacity at Mintz Baptist Church in Roseboro, NC. Joe and his wife Kim have two adult children, Michael and Alyssa, and two precious granddaughters, Callie and Addilyn, and a grandson, Beckett. Pastor Joe studied Church Music and Biblical Studies at SEBTS and has been in ministry for nearly ten years. His responsibilities include all areas of the church music program, as well as overseer of the youth, children, and family ministries. During his free time, Pastor Joe enjoying watching his granddaughters play sports, listening to Southern Gospel Music, and spending time with his family. 
 

 

 

Elizabeth Johnson, Administrative Assistant

 
Elizabeth was born and raised in Archdale, NC with a strong Christian faith upbringing. She has achieved over 15 years’ experience in the business administrative field prior to joining the Trinity staff. Elizabeth currently resides in Wallburg with her husband Adam and 2 children, Lilly and Lucas. Adam, pastors a local church in Thomasville and their family loves serving in the church. They greatly enjoy singing and playing music together, as well as working together in the community to help those that are in need. Elizabeth loves spending time with her family. Especially doing things outside. The family loves gardening and just being together in the sunshine. Elizabeth also plays the piano and enjoys singing Christian music with family and friends.
